2/4/03: According to Entertainment Weekly, distribution for "The Cooler" was picked up by Lions Gate films. Looks like Jewel may be in a theater near you soon. 1/23/03: According to USA Today: "The Cooler stars William H. Macy as a man so unlucky, he's hired by a casino to cool gamblers' streaks – until a cocktail waitress played by Maria Bello changes his luck. Both films (American Splendor and The Cooler) are in competition for the Grand Jury price, to be announced Saturday."

The entire article Jewel had in the May 2000 issue of Premiere magazine. A fan of Jewel's sent me a copy of one of her appearances on Knot's Landing. See the captures here.
Also, see Jewel's interview from the Summer 1994 issue of Femme Fatales magazine.

See the article Jewel wrote for Draculina #27. Check it out. Excerpts from Jewel's book “If I’m So Famous, How Come Nobody’s Ever Heard of Me?” Some pictures, too!

See JEWELS #'s 4, 5, 6 & 7. I also finished Jewel's FAQ page. Take a look at her "Playboy style" Jewelmate Data Sheet in Jewels #12.

I also added in a page of video captures from HH2: Educating Crystal. They aren't the greatest quality–my first attempts at video capture.

The October issue of PREMIERE had the latest article written by Jewel Shepard. Titled ‘I'm Naked On E-Bay’, you’ll find it on p.72 of that issue. Speaking of Ebay, have a look over there for what bits of Jewel are currently available. Jewel sent me a number of photos with the command "Let's auction a set on Ebay and sell the rest through the website." When Jewel says "Jump" I only ask "How high?!"

The set includes the striped bikini, the "Old Hollywood" shot, the "flag-draped, red velvet bikini", a behind bars CAGED HEAT 2 publicity still and the "Starlet" shot in the spotted shorts. It's the old 'Clear Dot' spacer trick! Examples here:

If you want one of the photos, and you know which one you want, contact me. Price of each photo is a flat $10, $10 + shipping for those of you in far-flung places (IOW, NOT in the Continental US). I have one complete set going to Brian and another relatively new Jewel fan has put a hold on four more.

So have a look fans, pick the one, or ones, you like and get your orders in to me at my email address.

In other news, Jewel is still writing and working, although I'm not allowed to reveal any other information at this time. Keep your eyes peeled to this page.
